Our story
FRP gelcoat panels sit at the intersection of two things that matter most in composite manufacturing — consistent raw material quality and precise surface finishing. SKD was built around this focus, backed by manufacturing operations with more than 20 years of experience in composite materials production.
In-house resin formulation gives us control over the raw material stage that many panel manufacturers outsource. Sourcing key materials from established global suppliers — including Saint-Gobain, DuPont, and DSM — gives us access to consistent, high-quality inputs at scale.
Today, that focus has translated into a product line trusted by customers across 80+ countries and regions, from cold-chain transport to marine and industrial applications.

Third-party verification
Products are tested according to relevant ASTM standards and verified by SGS. Select lines are designed to meet FDA requirements.
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished panels are inspected before packaging and shipment to confirm they meet agreed specifications.
