Glossy A smooth, reflective finish offering a clean, modern appearance. Commonly selected for decorative panel applications where visual presentation is a priority.

Wood Grain Replicates the natural texture and appearance of wood while retaining the weather resistance and low maintenance of FRP, suited to applications seeking a warmer, natural aesthetic.

Trefoil (Anti-Slip) A textured, patterned surface designed to improve slip resistance, making it a practical choice for flooring and walkway applications where safety underfoot is a priority.

Bubble Texture A raised, dimpled surface finish that adds texture and grip while offering a distinctive visual profile.

Pearl / Water-Drop Texture A subtly textured finish offering visual depth without a fully glossy or fully matte appearance, suited to applications seeking a refined, understated look.

Built on a foundation of quality Every SKD FRP gelcoat panel is manufactured using unsaturated polyester resin and raw materials sourced from globally recognized suppliers, including Saint-Gobain, DuPont, and DSM. Our panels are backed by ASTM and SGS certification, with FDA compliance available on select product lines. Our manufacturing capabilities are also supported by multiple utility model patents related to FRP composite panel manufacturing technologies.

With skin thickness ranging from 0.8–5.0mm, panel widths up to 3,400mm, and RAL color matching available, SKD gelcoat panels can be tailored to a wide range of project specifications, backed by a 10–15 year warranty.
